Shipping & Delivery Policy
Please read this policy together with our Website Terms and Conditions. Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order. If anything doesn’t look right or an issue comes up, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship domestically within Australia only.
Order Processing Time
We do our best to process and pack orders promptly. Please allow up to 3 business days for order handling before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Options & Rates
All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.

Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available. Tracking information may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, issues can occasionally occur during transit.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and work with you towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Delivering to a Work Address
If you’re delivering to a work address, please include the business name and level or suite number (if applicable). Australia Post may return parcels to sender if delivery details are unclear or incomplete.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur after delivery. If you believe your address may be unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates supplied by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
